Accurates was conceived by John Webber and Philip Harrison, both directors in rating at Colliers CRE. They worked on many projects together, combining very different backgrounds and skill sets with a strong passion to deliver added value to client portfolios which eventually developed into the specialist market solution that is Accurates.

Their initiative has enjoyed tremendous success, with £millions in overcharged rates identified and returned to clients so far.

Our employees are either former local authority revenues officers, qualified by the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation, or experienced data and systems analysts.
